• Online booking is for existing customers only, or if you have booked online as a new customer, please note that this booking is provisional subject to approval by a team member. If you have made a booking online and we are not able to accept you as a client for any reason, you will be offered a full refund.

• Only one discount or special offer may be used per booking, where two offers are relevant to the same booking, the offer providing the greatest discount will be applied where valid.

• In the event of a client cancelling a booking which forms the qualifying part of a discount or special offer, we reserve the right to withdraw the discount on the remaining bookings (subject to discussion and circumstances, this is at our discretion).

• In the event of your cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge for the session (subject to discussion and circumstances, this is at our discretion).
