Owner Kirsten's lifelong love of dogs began before she could walk and talk and manifested in an absolute fascination with Disney's 101 Dalmatians! Authorities on the matter (Kirsten's Mum) claims she watched it at least 101 times before the tender age of 6 when it was remade into a live action version, which resulted in a virtually constant alternation of the two versions in the house at all times.

Later in life she heard about a couple in America who had started 'Danny & Ron's Rescue' after hurricane Katrina (now a documentary on Netlfix and Amazon called 'Life in the Doghouse') which chronicles two men who followed their hearts, resulting in them having over 80 rescue dogs in their own home! They truly give their absolute all to the dogs in their care and have now saved over 10,000 dogs through their relentless hard work. The story moved Kirsten who was so inspired by their dedication to something they truly loved, that she decided it was time to hang up the power suits and strap on the hiking boots! She gave up her successful office career and started a dog walking business with love, fun & adventure at the core.

Since then she has never looked back and now spends her life rambling on canine adventures throughout the countryside. She has gained a whole host of doggy friends whom she loves dearly, as well as a small team of equally dog crazed individuals who make up Dorset Dog Walking! As the business continues to grow, carefully selected team members will join the team and continue to offer services across the county!
